The owner of the apartments the Asher Place Senior Residency Limited Partnership currently has for sale 10 of the 51 apartments that it owns. During the development of the complex a covenant was signed with the renting residence of record guaranteeing their right to occupancy. It was agreed that apartments would not be put for sale to a buyer wishing to occupy an apartment unless the apartment was vacant. Investors purchasing for the purpose of rental income and agreeing to continue with the current renter will not be restricted.

 Investors buying for the purpose of investment in rental properties should be aware that this project is a strata complex and all rules made by the strata council apply. The renter must be a semi-retire or retired adult and comply with age restriction as laid out in the disclosure statement. Children are not allowed to live in the complex and no pets are allowed.
