Note: Asher Place is not a retirement home or nursing facility, it is an  adult oriented, independent living complex. When completed it will be a gated community. The complex was build to provide a environment were seniors are  supporting and socializing with other seniors in a independent community. This facility is ideal for individuals who travel and want to insure that the there personal belongs are in a safe well maintained environment. Building One is comprised of 5 one bedroom suites and 9 two bedroom suites. all suites are self-contained, with full kitchens. Free laundry facilities are provided on each floor. Cable/Vision is provide for as part of the rental fee.  Building one has a walker accessible entrance to the recreation facility, off Hopkins Road.  The basement is occupied by the BFC offices, a  service kitchen, 65-person dining room/recreation centre and a gym. The monthly rental for a one-bedroom is $700.00, two-bedrooms suites are $800.00 per month.  The second floor of each building has a large 846 sq. ft. suite that  rents for $850.00 per. month. The dining room/service centre located in the lower level of  building one is designed to supply the recreation needs of the entire complex.

Building Two  is comprised of 9 one-bedroom suites and 9 two-bedroom suites, self-contained, with full kitchens.  All services are provided as per building one and rental fees are the same.

Building Three is comprised of 9 one-bedroom suites and 9 two-bedroom suites, self-contained with full kitchens, the suites have been redesigned to provide more living space.  All services are provided as per  the other two buildings.  Building three unique as it has rental storage facilities in the basement. These are available to anyone in the complex
